#049 The crowd (Mathias Sager, oil colour water mixable on canvas board, 46.7×38.1×0.4 cm (18.4″x15″x0.16″))

The crowd

Thirty seven million, one big pulsing metropolis.
But such diverse societies.
Never alone amongst, public apathetic loneliness.
But cooperative activities.

Housing very close to next, doors are shut for privacy.
But wired for full connectivity.
Collective traffic stream, numb and strict anonymity.
But rooted local community.

  1. I enjoy your creative skills; both artistic and spiritual. You contribute a good source of energy to help many people lacking direction and desire. Your positive attitude will be recognized and emulated. Keep up the good work!
