Unifying verse

#62 Stairways (Mathias Sager, Oil colors water mixable on canvas board, 8F 46.7x38.1x0.4 cm (18.4"x15"x0.16"))

Sharing what is ours, longing but now it’s time. When is it possible? – Story of an untold book. Climbing my lap to sit, relaxed but sparkling eyes. What makes it real? – Voice of a loving father. Beating heart on your back, worried but perfect moment. How can it endure? – Infinite unifying verse.

Idiobullycracy

Many still believed that we live in an era in which respect, reason, honesty, and virtue are finally valued over ignorance, craving, and bullying competition. However, this wasn’t / isn’t true and that Trump could win the US presidency is confirming the definitive arrival in the age of idiobullycracy, not only in the USA.

The mind-brain explanatory gap

Assessing the mind-brain debate Introduction To assess the importance of the mind-brain debate to the science of psychology, I will in this essay first try to clarify what the differing point of view between the psychological theories of dualism and monism are. I will explain the so-called ‘explanation gap’ based on which I don’t consider the further pursuit of either direction of research in its pure form as a matter … Continue reading

Creative force

On that summer day I look at the beautiful nature. Becoming aware of the mood it generates, including the emotional dimension of the heart. That is the female part. I gain so much wisdom and creativity from learning to look at the inner female higher force of creation that is infinitely vibrant, mysterious, and good. I connect to the always birth giving female energy in order to access my own completeness … Continue reading

The crowd

The crowd Thirty seven million, one big pulsing metropolis. But such diverse societies. Never alone amongst, public apathetic loneliness. But cooperative activities. Housing very close to next, doors are shut for privacy. But wired for full connectivity. Collective traffic stream, numb and strict anonymity. But rooted local community.

Transitions

See it. You can’t ignore, so open. Happy natural simplicity? Understand you live with it. Translate. Believe it. You must not fear, so dare. Colorful enriched diversity? Trust you deal with it. Transpose. Act on it. You won’t stagnate, so share. Growth enabled genuineness? Choose you succeed with it. Transform. Be it. You’ll never arrive, so live. For all and everywhere? Here and now you melt with it. Transcend.

Create to develop; develop to create. A framework.

Create to develop and develop to create. The fulfillment of ones own dreams requires the achievement of development goals by the means of constantly re-evaluated change towards genuineness. How does your ‘Happy Colorful Growth’ way look like?

It is easy to be smart, but difficult to be kind

«It is easy to be smart, but difficult to be kind.» From ancient and contemporary philosophies, religions, common wisdom, and inspirational people we can derive fundamentally universal and tremenduously valuable teachings for all life situations in our modern times.

Affirmation ‘From ambition to purpose’

«From amition to purpose.» Generally, if results are not achieved, it is often not because of missing tools (the wrong «how to»), but because of the wrong purpose and motivation (the wrong «why»). Human beings are most willing to open their mind in a more selfless attitude, if fears of external pressure or desire for reward are overcome by faith and intrinsic motivation.

Purposeful life changes don’t make everybody feel better

What is your real motivation for change? How courageously are you willing to invest into taking off for the adventure of change and growth? Would it be even worth for you to sacrifice popularity in existing relationships? A scenario for a (test) discussion.

Practicing with a Master of Zen Shiatsu

Kimura-sensei, with whom I had the privilege to meet and practice, embodies for me the true Zen spirit for the following reasons: (1) Giving whole-heartedly, (2) letting actions speak rather than words, and (3) coming to the true point without attachment and judgement.
