Beschreibung
In diesem Kurs wird die Wechselwirkung zwischen Persönlichkeit, Führungstypen und individuellen Lernstilen untersucht. Die Kursteilnehmer werden das psychologische Konzept des Talents bewerten und die Kriterien für die Gewinnung, Bindung und Entwicklung von Talenten auf globaler Ebene untersuchen. Die Teilnehmer werden auch die Effektivität und Fairness globaler Talentmanagementstrategien und ihre Auswirkungen auf individueller und organisatorischer Ebene untersuchen.
Target audience
Depending on the background of the participants, the course is suitable for intermediate to advanced levels in the broader field of learning and development, and especially (strategic) human resource development. This course is especially valuable for participants interested in cultural aspects of global talent management (with a focus on Japan).
